We are closed from Thursday 1st-Wednesday 28th February 2018, re-opening on Thursday 1st March 2018 for Spring/Summer.
All orders placed in February, will be dispatched on Thursday 1st March 2018 with immediate attention.
Any customer wishing their order to be received by a certain date/urgently (eg: for a gift/event) should enter all details in the customer note section when ordering. We always give our best service and will try to complete specific order requests. Please expect delays to avoid disappointment.
We at The Golf Shop of St Andrews aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours. Customers will be notified of dispatch and any delays.
We take the delivery of your order extremely seriously. Therefore, we take great care with our packaging and track your parcel every day until we are satisfied it has been delivered and signed for.
Should something arise, we will personally contact you via phone or email.
Below are our delivery costs.
- UK Confirmed Delivery 3-5 days £7.00
- UK Special Delivery Next Day (order before 2pm) £10.00
- Republic of Ireland & Europe* 3-5 days £15.00
- Rest of the world* 10-14 days £18.75
Republic of Ireland & Europe* and Rest of the world* packages are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For Service**. Orders are usually received by the customer within 10 – 14 days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
**Parcels going to Australia and South Africa are covered by the International Signed For Service only. Orders are usually received by the customer within 10 – 14 days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
UK packages up to 2KG are sent First Class Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt. Shipping times within the UK are approximately 1-5 working days. For items over 2KG to any destination, please read Terms & Conditions below.
Terms & Conditions for Bulk Orders – Over 2KG
Orders carrying many items or oversized items (e.g Golf Bags) may weigh over 2KG. If this occurs, unfortunately, extra postage costs will incur and you will be invoiced at the earliest opportunity for payment, prior to shipment. Our policy confirms that we cannot refund for resale. We give our full attention to obtaining the best possible price with a guaranteed service for all our customers. Should you wish for a postage cost prior to purchase, please contact us and we will respond within 24hrs with our utmost service.
Free returns or exchanges in store. Items must be in original packaging and unworn/unused. We must receive the original package before any refund or exchange takes place and within 28 days of receipt of goods. We are happy to offer a free exchange service but all return postage costs are covered by the buyer. Proof of purchase required. Some sale items are non-refundable, please check details prior to payment.
